Student Guidelines & Rules
Official code of conduct and regulations for all enrolled students.
1. General Conduct
- Students must uphold the Christian values and principles of the institution at all times.
- Respect for college authorities, staff, and fellow students is mandatory.
- Any form of insubordination, physical violence, or verbal abuse will attract severe disciplinary action.
- Students must wear the prescribed college uniform during official hours and clinical attachments.
2. Academic Expectations
- Attendance to all lectures, practical sessions, and clinical attachments is compulsory.
- A minimum of 90% attendance is required to be eligible for semester examinations.
- Academic dishonesty, including cheating and plagiarism, is strictly prohibited and may lead to dismissal.
- Assignments and projects must be submitted on or before the stipulated deadlines.
3. Hostel Regulations
- Students must keep their rooms and surroundings clean and tidy.
- Cooking in the dormitories is strictly prohibited. Designated kitchen areas must be used.
- Visitors are not allowed in the dormitories. All visitors must be received at the designated reception areas.
- Quiet hours must be observed from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
4. Clinical Attachment Rules
- Students must adhere to the rules and regulations of the host hospital/facility.
- Patient confidentiality must be strictly maintained at all times.
- Punctuality to clinical shifts is mandatory.
- Students must always wear their name tags and appropriate clinical attire.
